Alex earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Rutgers University. She previously worked in Sports Performance, and has lots of experience strength training professional and collegiate-level athletes! Alex currently works as a Fitness Specialist for people with Multiple Sclerosis. Her personal favorite forms of exercise other than spin classes are powerlifting and running. Alex used to competitively play golf and finds time to get out on the course a few times a year!
Why you Ryde:
I ryde because it takes my mind off of everything that brings me stress. Once I step onto my bike, no matter what kind of day I’m having, it’s my time that I’ve reserved just for me.
What you want people to accomplish during their workout:
I want people to leave every workout feeling empowered, because they did it for themselves. Who cares about how anyone else did in the class! Each workout is for you and you only, so make yourself proud!
What’s on your playlist:
Anything and everything. From trap music to 90’s hits, I just love a good beat drop! You’ll probably hear a lot of powerful female artists from me… like Cardi B, Beyoncé, Nicki Minaj, Britney Spears, Rihanna, etc!
