Why you Ryde:
I ryde because it is an outlet for me to celebrate the good days, and let out the stress of the tough days. There is something about good music, a dark room and a bike that goes nowhere that is so therapeutic.
What you want people to accomplish during their workout:
I want people to feel proud of what they accomplished during that 45 minutes, because we all know it’s not easy, and I want them to have fun!
